Tanner Crawley - Principal/Co-Founder
Tanner has broad experience having previously worked as the chief analyst for a family office with a $350M real estate portfolio including ground-up developments, multi-phased projects, and multi-asset real estate funds.
Previously, as Chief Investment Officer for Goshen Development, Tanner helped craft investment strategy, negotiate partnership agreements, and secure public subsidy and predevelopment/land financing. Tanner also helped draft and pass SB-232, establishing the Middle-Income Housing Authority.
Today, as co-founder of Vesna Residential, Tanner leads partnership structuring and project financing activities. Tanner is a recognized expert in non-LIHTC affordable housing finance structures and routinely speaks at industry events on emerging and innovative models
Brian Wynne - Principal/Co-Founder
Brian Wynne is cofounder of Vesna Residential with Tanner Crawley. Over the past 15 years, Brian has been one of the most prolific residential developers in Colorado, having had principal positions at Wynne Yasmer Real Estate, Mill Creek Residential, Simpson Housing, and Forest City Enterprises. In these roles, Brian has developed over 3,000 residential housing units, 1.3m square feet of office and retail, collectively worth over $1B. He is an active member of Colorado ULI. Brian graduated with a BS degree from the University of Virginia and an MBA from the University of California Los Angeles. He lives in Denver with his wife and four children.
